Beautiful 10 person holiday home near Winterberg

This beautiful 10-person holiday home is in the beautiful Sauerland village of Silbach, seven kilometers from Winterberg. Silbach is a nice place with a number of nice shops and restaurants. From here it is wonderful to walk or cycle. Hiking trails start just outside the door of the holiday home. The distance to the ski resort of Winterberg is approximately seven kilometers. The center of Winterberg has numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants. This super nice holiday home is a great base to discover Sauerland in the summer but also in the winter, or to ski a wonderful weekend or week. The property is adjacent to a nature reserve and is ideal for mountain biking or hiking.

The holiday home is approximately 120 m² and is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults. It is tastefully and modernly furnished. Large living-dining room, kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances such as: microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, beans coffee maker, raclette, etc. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms two with a double bed and one with two single beds. All rooms have an LED TV. there is also a bathroom upstairs with a shower, toilet and a bathtub.

The bedrooms are all large enough to place an extra single bed.

Two large terraces provide pure relaxation and lots of barbecue pleasure.
