Beautiful 10 person holiday home near Winterberg
This beautiful 10-person holiday home is in the beautiful Sauerland village of Silbach, seven kilometers from Winterberg. Silbach is a nice place with a number of nice shops and restaurants. From here it is wonderful to walk or cycle. Hiking trails start just outside the door of the holiday home. The distance to the ski resort of Winterberg is approximately seven kilometers. The center of Winterberg has numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants. This super nice holiday home is a great base to discover Sauerland in the summer but also in the winter, or to ski a wonderful weekend or week. The property is adjacent to a nature reserve and is ideal for mountain biking or hiking.
Layout
The holiday home is approximately 120 m² and is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults. It is tastefully and modernly furnished. Large living-dining room, kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances such as: microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, beans coffee maker, raclette, etc. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms two with a double bed and one with two single beds. All rooms have an LED TV. there is also a bathroom upstairs with a shower, toilet and a bathtub.
The bedrooms are all large enough to place an extra single bed.
Two large terraces provide pure relaxation and lots of barbecue pleasure.

Between Winterberg and Olsberg lies Silbach, one of the oldest villages in the High Sauerland. Located near the northern part of Rothaar Mountains, this area offers amazing views, many hiking and biking trails and beautiful lakes (Biggesee, Diemelsee and Hennesee). The beautiful villages and the varied landscape exert a great attraction for vacationers and those seeking peace and quiet. The Sauerland is also the perfect place for family excursions: Fort Fun amusement park, Panorama Erlebnis Brücke and the many bobsleigh tracks are recommended, but Winterberg is also perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. With as many as 126 elevators and 88 kilometers of slopes, this is a true Valhalla!

Het huis was redelijk schoon. Niet zoals we het hadden verwacht. Dode vliegen en muggen in de vensterbank en papier etc onder de bedden.

Prachtig huisje, voldoende ruimte en bed- en linnengoed ruim op voorraad. Bad was kapot maar werd op dezelfde dag gerepareerd, top service. Zeer zeker moeite waard

Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für 10 Erwachsene + 3 Kleinkindern. In der Beschreibung wird nicht gesagt, dass die untere Wohnung dauerhaft vermietet ist. Die Wohnung war nicht gut gereinigt, obere Etage schwarze Hundehaare, der Teppich im Wohnzimmer voller Krümel, Schuhschrank defekt, nicht an Wand fixiert. Spülmaschine defekt. Garten ungepflegt.
