Spacious holiday home near Winterberg. The Dutch owners have this unique House completely renovated and converted into a beautiful holiday home. The House is suitable for up to 14 people.
Layout
This modern, spacious House has comfortable seating area with Bay window. There is a LED TV with Dutch and German-speaking channels, a DVD player with USB connection and a radio/cd player with docking station for Iphone, Ipod and USB connection. Around the House there is a free Wi-Fi connection. The spacious dining room has a dining table for 14 people so you can eat with the whole company or play a game. In the House there are several books, toys, DVDs and children's toys available. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen is fully furnished and features modern appliances such as a fünf-burner gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and Nespresso machine. There are 5 bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds and four-seizoensdekbedden, and a bedroom with two bunk beds. Four bedrooms have a private shower and washbasin. In addition, there is a bathroom and a toilet on each floor. There is also a washing machine and dryer. There is central heating with radiators in every room with thermostat knob.
Outside you will find a very spacious garden of about 16m wide and 100m deep. There is a garden set for 14 persons and a barbeque provided. In addition, there are two sockets on an electric bicycle to charge and there a sled and motorized Snowplow present. At the rear of the garden borders hiking trails lead you directly into the forest, and there is a football field with artificial grass. Within walking distance there is a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool. The House has a double garage with driveway, with space for four cars.
This House is safe for children. All electrical outlets in the home are child-resistant, and in addition there is in the House a cot with mattress and bedding, changing mat, baby-chair, toilet trainer and hand blender.

Winterberg is the ideal environment for a nice hiking, bicycle or ski holiday. Fourteen picturesque villages with an intact village life and a Center City, Winterberg, with very many activities (winter sport) accommodations, cultural attractions, shops, night life and many interesting historical details. All that embedded in the beautiful undulating landscape of the Sauerland; that is Winter mountain! In winter, skiing and tobogganing, Winter mountain is ideal for well no snow than there is also plenty of entertainment. You can go hiking or cycling in the surrounding area (routes are available in the home), visit the Warsteiner brewery or Schloss Arolsen, the birthplace of Queen Emma. Children can have fun at Siedlinghausen FortFun, animal park Willingen, Winterberg or pool Hallenbad Siedlinghausen climbing park, which is located within walking distance of the property.

Een prachtig familiehuis waar we een heerlijk weekend hebben doorgebracht. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw Annemarie. Eigenaresse Jeannete is zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend.

Mooi ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Hele grote tuin. Veel speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen. Enige nadeel is dat je de tuin vanaf de verdieping met de keuken en eetkamer via een balkon en wenteltrap bereikt. Wat minder handig als je vaak buiten eet.

Prachtige accommodatie. Volop leuke activiteiten in de omgeving. Een echte aanrader. Wij verbleven hier met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. 14 personen.

Fantastisch huis met alles er op en eraan. Aan echt alles is gedacht. En ook voor de kinderen was het super, door dat het veel regende hebben ze binnen moeten blijven, maar wij hebben ze niet gehoord of gezien. In de kelder met de ps4, kleuren, sjoelen, voetbaltafel en nog veel meer te doen. Tijdschriften, boeken, dvd’s, spelletjes alles was er!!

Mooie woning met veel ruimte, kamers en grote tuin. Heerlijk om te verblijven, te wandelen en Winterberg te bezoeken.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in villa Annabelle. Het is een mooi pand, met smaak ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Nice house. Comfortable rooms, kitchen and living room and a large garden. We had two kids with us and there were enough toys around to keep them entertained too. Nearby you pretty much find everything you need.
