Spacious holiday home near Winterberg. The Dutch owners have this unique House completely renovated and converted into a beautiful holiday home. The House is suitable for up to 14 people.

This modern, spacious House has comfortable seating area with Bay window. There is a LED TV with Dutch and German-speaking channels, a DVD player with USB connection and a radio/cd player with docking station for Iphone, Ipod and USB connection. Around the House there is a free Wi-Fi connection. The spacious dining room has a dining table for 14 people so you can eat with the whole company or play a game. In the House there are several books, toys, DVDs and children's toys available. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen is fully furnished and features modern appliances such as a fünf-burner gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine. There are 5 bedrooms with box-spring beds and four-seizoensdekbedden, and a bedroom with two bunk beds. Four bedrooms have a private shower and washbasin. In addition, there is a bathroom and a toilet on each floor. There is also a washing machine and dryer. There is central heating with radiators in every room with thermostat knob.

Outside you will find a very spacious garden of about 16m wide and 100m deep. There is a garden set for 14 persons and a barbeque provided. In addition, there are two sockets on an electric bicycle to charge and there a sled and motorized Snowplow present. At the rear of the garden borders hiking trails lead you directly into the forest, and there is a football field with artificial grass. Within walking distance there is a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool. The House has a double garage with driveway, with space for four cars.

This House is safe for children. All electrical outlets in the home are child-resistant, and in addition there is in the House a cot with mattress and bedding, changing mat, baby-chair, toilet trainer and hand blender.
