This cozy, sustainable six-person home is situated in a unique location at the foot of the Schoorl dunes. Here you can cycle, walk, and run endlessly while enjoying the beautiful nature. The beach is a short distance away, allowing you to relax by the sea as well. The living room is warmly and tastefully furnished, featuring a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV and a nice dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, such as an induction hob, dishwasher, and spacious refrigerator, so that you feel completely at home here. The house features three bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, which is ideal for guests with limited mobility. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed and the other with two separate single box-spring beds. A luxurious bathroom with a rain shower is also available here. Outside, you can enjoy true outdoor living on the terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a Kamado barbecue. This is available for use during the season from April 1st to September 30th. The property is heated neutrally with underfloor heating and features a private parking space.
