Stylish and sustainable, this two-person tiny house boasts stunning views thanks to its 6-meter-long windows. The living room features two armchairs, a Bose sound system, an Apple iPad with TV access, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a coffee press/filter pot, a kettle, a mini oven with microwave function, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The tiny house has a sleeping loft with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a skylight. The bathroom has a rain shower and toilet. The tiny house also has a terrace with seating.

The house is located in the small-scale Neugrad Park, on the edge of the Eifel National Park. This expansive area is home to thousands of rare animal and plant species, such as the black stork, tawny owl, and beaver. In spring, broom bushes paint the landscape yellow, and in the south, orchids even flourish. In autumn, you can hear the rutting deer from afar. Neugrad Park borders a site with a dramatic past: once a Nazi training camp, later a training ground for Belgian and UN troops. Since nature was given free rein here twenty years ago, the area has been transformed into a vibrant park full of walking trails, creative initiatives, and new hope.
