This group accommodation is situated at Boetiekpark de Kas in the Frisian village of Scherpenzeel, amidst a wooded and natural environment. The property consists of a spacious group accommodation for 20 people and five Greenhouses, each accommodating four people.

The group accommodation features an atmospheric recreation room on the ground floor with a wooden floor, wood-burning stove, and a professional bar with a draft beer system. Adjoining this is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a large gas stove, oven, deep fryer, and fast dishwasher. Also located on this floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor are seven double bedrooms, each with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. On the second floor, there are two more double bedrooms with two single beds and a shared bathroom. Outside, you will find a spacious garden with ample seating and parking space for 10 cars.

The five Greenhouses are each suitable for four people. They feature a cozy seating area, dining table, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen including a two-burner hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and Nespresso machine. There is a double bed on the mezzanine (accessible via stairs) and a pull-out double bed in the living area.

At the park, you can enjoy peace and nature, help out in the vegetable garden, pick fruit, and meet the animals, such as chickens, ducks, a piglet, and a dog. Behind the park runs 'Het Voetpad', part of the Zuiderzee Route. In the surrounding area, you can walk, cycle, or explore the surroundings from the water in a canoe.
