From this beautiful four-person, exclusive apartment you have a magnificent view over the Oosterschelde and you can almost touch the water. The apartment is located near Scherpenisse on the island of Tholen and is located on the extreme tip of a pier at the foot of the Oosterschelde. A unique holiday location near the largest National Park in the Netherlands. This location is also perfect for diving, there is a diving school and the Oosterschelde provides beautiful diving locations. This unique area is special because of its tidal nature and contains a dynamic and fascinating underwater world with hundreds of species of plants and animals. If you prefer to stay above water, it is definitely worth exploring this unique area on foot, by bike or by car.

This apartment is located on the first floor of a small-scale apartment complex which can be reached by elevator or stairs. The bright living room has a dining area and a spacious corner sofa with a Chromecast TV. In the open space, the kitchen has an induction hob, electric grill plate, combi-microwave, dishwasher, fridge (with freezer), toaster, kettle and a Senseo plus a filter coffee maker. There is a small bar with cupboard space and two seating areas. Through the living room you reach the spacious terrace (28m2) with panoramic views over the Oosterschelde. On the terrace you can enjoy this special view both on the lounge set and at the dining table. In the ground floor apartment there are two bedrooms with also an unobstructed view. The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) and television. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (90x200cm). The spacious bathroom has a shower, washbasin with upper and lower cabinets, storage cabinet with mirror and hair dryer. There is also a separate toilet. In the storage room you will find a washing machine and dryer. There is also a folding baby bed (60x120cm) and a high chair. One reserved parking space belongs to the apartment, but you can also park in the general parking lot. In this parking lot it is also possible to park a boat with trailer and there is one pole for charging electric cars. In the closed storage room downstairs you can put (electric) bicycles and charge them.
