Scharendijke in Schouwen-Duiveland is situated directly on the beautiful North Sea beach and the largest and cleanest saltwater lake in Europe, the Grevelingenmeer. Thanks to this unique location, Scharendijke is the ideal holiday spot for windsurfers, divers, sailors, fishermen, or for a nice, lazy holiday on the North Sea beach. With its own harbor and a cozy village center with cafes, restaurants, and shops, all the ingredients are present for an unforgettable holiday! The holiday home is beautifully situated at the foot of the Brouwersdam. The dunes, beach, Grevelingenmeer, or the charming village of Scharendijke can be reached within a few minutes on foot and/or by bicycle. Larger cities such as Zierikzee, Middelburg, Vlissingen, or Goes are easily accessible by car or bus.

The holiday home was completely renovated in 2011 and underwent further major modifications and improvements in 2016. This makes it even more complete, luxurious, and spacious than it already was.

On the ground floor, you will find the cozy living room, which is comfortably furnished. Here you will find, among other things, a television with a wide range of channels, a radio and DVD player, as well as some games and books. The very luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a microwave, filter coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher.

Also located on the ground floor is the first bedroom, featuring a double bed (190x220 cm) and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and washbasin. Large doors in this bedroom provide direct access to the garden. A television completes the room.

Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.

The entire ground floor is equipped with central heating.

In a separate room, you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer, and extra fridge with freezer.

On the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a single bed. Both rooms are equipped with a television. All beds feature high-quality mattresses.

The living room has French doors opening onto the landscaped terrace and the large garden. The back garden is wonderfully green, and the fencing consists partly of bushes and partly of wire mesh. On the sunny terrace, you will find the necessary garden furniture, including an eight-person dining table, a patio heater (for which you can purchase wood from the owner), and a parasol. The house has a spacious, open garden at the front.

Outside, you also have access to a covered shelter for storing bicycles, where three bicycles are already available for your use.
