Open modern kitchen with dining area and the living area also has a sitting area and again a dining area. The kitchen includes a filter coffee maker. From the kitchen and the living area direct access to a large enclosed garden with sun terrace. On the ground floor is a bedroom for two people, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
