The park includes a tennis court, heated outdoor pool, table tennis, soccer field and even an animation team during the school vacations.

The kitchen has a 4-burner ceramic hob, Nespresso, combination microwave, kettle, freezer and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet. Outside there is a spacious veranda which has furniture. The garden is fenced. There is also parking for two cars at the house.
