Beautiful 5 person holiday home near the beach of Renesse

This luxurious and beautifully situated five-person holiday home is located in a green, quiet residential area on the outskirts of Renesse. You can walk to the beach within ten minutes. The center of Renesse is less than five minutes by bike. The location is ideal for all kinds of water sports such as swimming, diving and sailing, or just relaxing and sunbathing on the family beach, you can also spot seals on the sandbank at Renesse.

Renesse is a very pleasant village where you can stroll along the shops or enjoy a drink on a terrace. Schouwen-Duiveland and its nature are ideal for long cycling and walking trips, whereby the landscape always changes from dunes to forests to polder landscape. You will certainly experience a fantastic beach holiday in Renesse.

Layout

Cosy living room with glass all around, view of the garden and a sitting area with TV. The half-open kitchen has a dining area and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, four-burner cooker, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator and a toaster. The French windows give access to the backyard. There are two bedrooms:

• One with a double bed (160x200) with one mattress.
• One with a double bed (140x200) with one mattress and a single bed suitable for children up to 15 or 16 years old.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The garden is fully enclosed, faces south and has a nice sheltered terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ.

There is space for one car at the accommodation.
