This beautifully situated five-person holiday home is located in a green, quiet residential area on the outskirts of Renesse. The beach is a ten-minute walk away, and Renesse's town center is less than a five-minute bike ride away. The location is perfect for all kinds of water sports, such as swimming, diving, and sailing, or simply relaxing and sunbathing on the family beach. You can also spot seals on the sandbank near Renesse.

Renesse is a very charming village where you can enjoy strolling through the shops or enjoying a drink on a terrace. Schouwen-Duiveland and its natural surroundings are perfect for long cycling and hiking trips, with the landscape constantly changing from dunes to forests to polders. You're sure to have a fantastic beach holiday in Renesse.

A charming living room with glass walls and a garden view, plus a sitting area with a TV and electric fireplace. The semi-open kitchen has a dining area and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, four-burner stovetop, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and toaster. French doors open onto the back garden. There are two bedrooms:

• One with a double bed (160x200) with one mattress.
• One with a double bed (140x200) with one mattress and a single bed suitable for children up to 15 to 16 years old.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The garden is fully enclosed, south-facing, and features a lovely sheltered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

There is space for one car at the accommodation.
