The house is in a fantastic location. It's very nice and clean. The surrounding fence is a real plus. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward.

The house's location is excellent, the grounds are well-maintained and generally quiet, however, the garden bordered a construction site where new holiday homes are presumably being built, and this is the view one can "enjoy." Unfortunately, this isn't mentioned in the description. The garden is completely fenced and therefore suitable for dogs, but unfortunately, we had to clean up after the previous guests upon arrival. The "comfortable" seat cushions mentioned in the description were missing, as were cushions for the sun loungers and a parasol. This problem couldn't be resolved because the owner was unreachable. The shower on the ground floor is quite an adventure, as the water runs right up to the bed. The beds are worn out, and there's hardly any storage space in the bathroom. In short: little comfort for a lot of money.
Lage des Hauses top , Anlage gepflegt und eigentlich ruhig gelegen , der Garten grenzte allerdings an eine Baustelle, wo vermutlich neue Ferienhäuser erbaut werden und man diese Aussicht „ genießen“ kann. Leider wird dies in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt.
Garten komplett umzäunt und somit hundetauglich, leider mussten wir bei der Ankunft noch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter beseitigen.
Die in der Beschreibung aufgeführten „ gemütlichen“ Sitzkissen waren ebensowenig vorhanden wie Auflagen für die Liegen oder ein Sonnenschirm. Das Problem konnte auch nicht gelöst werden, da der Eigentümer nicht erreichbar war.
Die Duschgelegenheit im Erdgeschoss ist recht abenteuerlich, da das Wasser bis unter das Bett läuft .
Betten sind durchgegelegen, kaum Ablagen im Badezimmer.
Fazit: wenig Komfort für viel Geld.
