Renesse is a bustling coastal village where the lively nightlife, the beautiful beaches and the sunny terraces are the order of the day. In the summer many activities are organised, but even outside the summer there is plenty to do in Renesse. Enjoy the fresh mussels, the Oosterschelde lobster and countless other regional products in one of the many restaurants. Renesse also offers opportunities for horse lovers: you can hire horses and go on beautiful rides through the woods, dunes and along the beach. Besides Renesse, you can go in all directions from here.. The historic Veere, authentic Zierikzee and the interesting Deltapark Neeltje Jans are all within easy reach and definitely recommended for a day out.

The house's location, so close to the beach, is fantastic. We also really enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere in the holiday park. Access to the house, with its two parking spaces, and the furnishings are excellent. Contact with customer service was also straightforward and quick after we encountered some problems on the first day.

We had a complaint to make immediately upon arrival at Haus Anoes. (For example, the key cards weren't loaded, so we couldn't enter the house.) There were also other shortcomings, which we listed in an email to you on the evening of our arrival. Of course, we would have preferred that this hadn't been necessary. Not a good start! We were pleased that you reacted promptly and tried to resolve the issues! The house itself was okay in terms of size and layout. However, we found the furnishings in the bedrooms and bathrooms, especially on the ground floor, to be inadequate. There was a lack of hooks and hangers for hanging clothes (blouses, shirts, dresses). This has never happened to us on any other holiday! There was also no place to store toiletries or cosmetics in the shower/sink area. There were no cushions or pads for the garden furniture, nor a parasol. Considering the price of almost €5,000 for 12 days, these deficiencies in the furnishings are incomprehensible and frustrating.
