This nice, Large 14-person holiday home is located in the village of Petithan, in the southernmost and largest province of Belgium, Luxembourg. Petithan is situated in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a lovely and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody area around Durbuy is perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

Ground floor:
Cosily furnished living room and a sitting area with TV. There is also a separate dining room. Modern, open and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, four-burner cooker, refrigerator and filter coffee machine. A bedroom with a double bed, a shower and a separate toilet. There is one cot and one highchair available.

First floor:
Two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with two bunk beds and a double bed. A loft overlooking the living room. A bathroom with bath and a toilet and a shower room.

Outside:
Large garden overlooking the woods, terrace with garden furniture and coal barbecue (bring your own coal).
