On a very cosy and child-friendly family park in Ouwerkerk on Schouwen-Duiveland, you can rent this cosy four-person holiday chalet. The holiday chalet is offered including cleaning costs, towels, bath towels, kitchen linen and even the beds are made for you on arrival! If you rent for several weeks, you can pick up clean bed linen/towels at the reception (free of charge).
The family campsite offers, among other things, a children's playground, laundrette, sports field and a swimming pool especially for young children. Furthermore, you are only one kilometre away from the Oosterschelde estuary, where you can not only enjoy sunbathing but also practice all kinds of water sports such as swimming, diving, surfing and sailing.
You are in a very beautiful part of Schouwen-Duiveland where you have plenty of opportunities to make long cycling trips or beautiful walks to explore the area, a wonderful environment for peace seekers and nature lovers.
Zierikzee is 7 kilometres from the chalet. There you will find shops and cosy restaurants in this beautiful monumental city. At 3 kilometres, in Nieuwerkerk, there are a number of supermarkets. In Ouwerkerk itself, there is only a pub.

Layout
Cosily furnished living room including a seating area, equipped with television and radio. The open kitchen includes a dining area, four-burner gas hob, combination microwave, Senseo, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, kettle and fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, the first with a box-spring double bed and the second with two single box-spring beds. Both rooms are equipped with linen closets, lighting above the bed, with a usb connection. The bathroom has a shower and sink with storage. The toilet can be found in a separate room. The holiday chalet has a canopy with garden furniture by the sliding doors. For the bikes you will find a shed outside. You will also find a charging point for your E-bike here.

Location and surroundings
Ouwerkerk is the oldest village on the former island of Duiveland. This village will certainly not disappoint you. With a great history due to the flood disaster, there is plenty of history. For instance, the Watersnoodmuseum in the village gives an impressive picture of the year 1953. A special Watersnoodmonument has been placed in the village. Both Ouwerkerk and the Watersnoodmuseum are located in a large nature reserve, the Kreken area, where you can walk. The village is near the Oosterschelde estuary, so there is no shortage of water sports fun. The large town of Zierikzee is close to Ouwerkerk. Here you can further explore Zeeland's history, as well as enjoy the cosy restaurants and shopping streets.
