Comfortable 4-person holiday home with conservatory in Ouddorp
For those seeking peace and relaxation, this four-person holiday home offers a pleasant place to fully recharge. The inviting decor and warm atmosphere will make you feel instantly welcome. Large windows and the conservatory let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright, open-plan living space where you can relax and enjoy your stay.
The conservatory is furnished with a dining table and a lounge area. Thanks to the sliding glass walls, you can control the temperature. On sunny days, slide open the walls and enjoy the fresh air, while in cooler seasons, you can sit comfortably indoors with a view of the lush garden. It's a lovely place to enjoy breakfast together, read a book, or simply end the day peacefully.
The ground-floor bathroom is stylishly furnished and features a walk-in shower. The living room and kitchen flow seamlessly into each other, creating a relaxed atmosphere and a sense of community. The wide North Sea beach and expansive dunes are just a short distance away, offering endless opportunities for walking, cycling, or simply enjoying the fresh sea air.

Location and surroundings
Ouddorp, South-Holland
Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.

We are an older couple and have been booking several weeks at Nordzeepark Ouddorp for years. We have rarely found a house so clean in every respect. We really liked the house and especially enjoyed the conservatory. However, the lack of a toilet upstairs near the bedrooms is unacceptable for us. We have to get up several times during the night to use the toilet, and the steep stairs are a real problem. This wasn't mentioned in the house description when we booked. We only found out about it after inquiring. The text in the offer has since been updated. For this reason, we will naturally not be booking the house again. We would definitely recommend the house to younger visitors.
Wir sind ein älteres Ehepaar und buchen seit Jahren mehrere Wochen im Nordzeepark Ouddorp. Wir haben selten, in jeder Hinsicht, ein so sauberes Haus vorgefunden. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und besonders haben wir den Wintergarten genossen. Für uns unzumutbar ist allerdings, keine Toilette im OG bei den Schlafzimmern. Wir müssen nachts mehrfach zur Toilette und dies bei der steilen Treppe. Bei der Buchung war das in der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht erkennbar. Erst auf Nachfrage haben wir das erfahren. Zwischenzeitlich wurde der Text im Angebot ergänzt.
Aus vorgenanntem Grund werden wir das Haus natürlich nicht mehr buchen. Jüngeren Besuchern empfehlen wir das Haus in jedem Fall.
