Luxurious 6 person holiday home in Ouddorp near the beach.
This beautiful, tastefully furnished six-person holiday home is located in the North Sea Park Ouddorp in Ouddorp and is a great base for a fun beach holiday. The North Sea beach is 300 meters away. At the holiday park itself there is a restaurant, a supermarket, you can rent bicycles and wagons, a tennis court and there is also a nice playground for the children. The center of the historic village of Ouddorp is 1500 meters away, so getting a fresh croissant at the bakery in the morning, drinking coffee in the village, the market on Tuesday, everything is within cycling distance. The historic village of Ouddorp has many characteristic houses, a beautiful church, cozy restaurants and brasseries, shops, supermarkets and friendly residents. The surroundings of Ouddorp are very suitable as a starting point for your cycling or walking tours, walking in the vast dune landscape, getting a breath of fresh air or sunbathing on the beautiful beaches, visiting the Stellendam fish auction. It's all possible on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, sun worshipers, swimmers and fishermen can also indulge themselves here.
Layout
Spacious living room with dining area and sitting area with a 42 inch flat screen TV. There are plenty of books and games. The French doors in the living room lead you to the garden and terrace. The open kitchen has, among other things, a four-burner hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo, Dulce Gusto, kettle and toaster. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two of which have a double bed (180x200 and 160x200) and one bedroom with two single beds (90x200). Upstairs there is a toilet. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower, hairdryer, toilet and a sink. There is a storage room with a freezer and a washing machine.
Outside a lovely garden and a terrace with garden furniture and a large stone BBQ. In the garden there is a playground with swings and a sandpit. There are two parking spaces at the holiday home.

- If your travel party is not a family or relative, all travel companions must be at least 25 years or older. Youth groups are not allowed at this property.

Location and surroundings
Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.
