Luxury 5 person apartment on the marina in Ouddorp, near Zeeland
This apartment is located on one of the most beautiful and luxurious marinas in the Netherlands and can accommodate five people. With a fantastic location and breathtaking views of the marina and Grevelingen Lake, this apartment is the perfect base for lovers of (water) sports. You can enjoy sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, fishing and much more. The proximity to the Brouwersdam also makes it ideal for beach lovers, where you can relax on the wide North Sea beach and enjoy the sun. From the apartment you can reach everything within a short distance: the beach and the dunes of the North Sea. Nearby you will find numerous picturesque villages such as Ouddorp, Renesse, Brouwershaven and Burgh-Haamstede, where you can enjoy shopping and find a wide variety of restaurants. Along the beaches there are cozy beach bars. Here you can go both in summer and winter for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a hot cup of chocolate after a beach walk.
Layout
The luxurious first floor apartment features a stylish and cozy living room, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. In the indoor storage room there is a washer/dryer combination. You can access the apartment both by stairs and elevator, making it very accessible even if you have some difficulty walking. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with television. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Senseo machine and a kettle, among other things. The master bedroom has a double bed with an electrically adjustable bed base. The adjacent large bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The second bedroom is located on the harbor side and with its beautiful light and French doors to the terrace offers a wonderful place to wake up in the morning. This bedroom can accommodate up to four people and has a double bed of (160x200 cm) and a single bed that can be expanded into a double bed of (160x200 cm). The apartment has a lovely private terrace that extends the full width of the apartment, adjacent to one of the bedrooms and the living room. You can park your car in the central car park.

- This apartment is particularly suitable for families with children because of its layout and location next to the Center Parcs complex Port Zélande. You and your children can use all the activities and facilities (please note that there is a charge for using the pool at Port Zélande).

Location and surroundings
Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.
