This luxury six-person holiday villa is located directly behind the dunes of Ouddorp on the Noordzeepark vacation park. The villa is tastefully furnished and has its own charging point for the electric car. The Noordzeepark is ideal for any lover of the North Sea coast. From the exit of the park you can walk in just 700 meters to the beach bars and to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands. The center of Ouddorp is only 2.5 kilometers away, so it is easy to reach on foot or by bike. During your vacation you can enjoy various facilities, such as the playgrounds and a tennis court. Bicycles can be rented directly at the park.

The villa is tastefully decorated with attention to detail, which is reflected in the art on the walls, designer furniture and beautiful lamps. The living room has a large corner sofa, wood-burning stove and a 65-inch format television. The large windows in the living room let in lots of light and connect you directly to the garden. The floating custom kitchen is a real eye-catcher and is fully equipped with all amenities such as: induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The villa has three bedrooms and air conditioning. On the first floor is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to terrace and garden. The luxurious ensuite bathroom has a large washbasin, toilet and rain shower. The second bathroom is also on the first floor and has a bathtub with an extra low entry, sink and toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor with two single beds. The first floor is completely barrier-free and has floor heating. From the living room you walk through one of the three sliding doors directly into the garden with a lounge sofa and garden furniture. It is possible to park three cars at the vacation villa.
