Luxury 6-person holiday home with enclosed garden in Ouddorp close to the beach

This trendy six-person holiday home is located at the Noordzeepark Ouddorp in Ouddorp and is an excellent base for a fun beach holiday. The North Sea beach is 300 metres away. On the holiday park itself there is a restaurant, a supermarket, you can rent bikes and carts, a tennis court and there is also a nice playground for children. The centre of the historic village of Ouddorp is 1500 metres away, so getting a fresh croissant from the bakery in the morning, drinking coffee in the village, the market on Tuesdays, everything is within cycling distance. The historic village of Ouddorp has many characteristic houses, a beautiful church, cosy restaurants and brasseries, shops, supermarkets and friendly residents. The Ouddorp area is very suitable as a starting point for your cycling or walking tours, hiking in the vast dune landscape, getting a breath of fresh air or sunbathing on the beautiful beaches, visiting the fish auction of Stellendam. It's all possible on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, as well as for sun worshippers, swimmers and fishermen.

On the ground floor there is a nice living room with a sitting and dining area, a television and an electric fireplace. The L-shaped kitchen includes an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine and a coffee cup machine. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two single beds and a separate toilet.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with two terraces with garden furniture. There is parking space for two cars. In a separate storage room there is another washing machine, dryer and a small freezer.
