Luxury 10 person holiday home in Ouddorp near the beach.
This luxurious 10-person holiday home guarantees a wonderful and comfortable beach holiday and is located at holiday park Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin. This holiday park is a new dream place by the sea. The new and luxuriously landscaped holiday park is less than a kilometer from the beach and the North Sea. The Brouwersdam and the Grevelingenmeer, 'the place to be' for every water sports enthusiast, are just around the corner. The spacious layout of the park makes Ridderstee Ouddorp Duin ideally suited to enjoy the beach, sea, tranquility and space.
The living area is spacious and has a dining area, a sitting area with TV, floor heating and a wood-burning stove. The luxurious open kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso, cooking island, combi-microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, wine cooler and a kettle. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single box spring beds, a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and a washbasin. There are four bedrooms on the top floor, each with two single box-spring beds. There are also two bathrooms here, each with a rain shower and design radiator. Furthermore, there are two toilets. There is also central heating upstairs. A washer-dryer combination is standard! Each holiday home has a lovely garden with a large deck terrace with garden furniture and a roof with a shaded cover. Parking is available in the parking spaces at the edges of the park. Maximum 2 cars per holiday home.

- There is one high chair in the house as standard. An additional high chair can be booked during the booking process.
- Sportverenigingen, studentenverenigingen, jongerengroepen (tot 25 jaar), basisschoolgroepen, vriendengroepen (tot 30 jaar) en zakelijke groepen zijn niet toegestaan.
- If you plan to bring a pet, please notify us in advance. Some homes of this type are pet-friendly, while others are pet-free.
- Due to the storm season, the shade cloths around the houses are removed at the end of September / beginning of October.
- Youth and youth groups are not allowed in the homes.
- No form of (bachelorette) parties or similar gatherings, or associated groups or associations, are permitted in the accommodations. A nighttime silence is in effect at the park from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Please note: Corporate bookings are not permitted, this park is exclusively for guests with recreational purposes.

Ouddorp, South-Holland
Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.

There were 6 of us instead of 10, so we found the cottage to be very spacious. Even with 10 people, we would still have found it a wonderful house. I also mentioned at the reception that I would have appreciated a mirror in the bedroom. Perhaps between two shelves.
Wij waren met 6 i.p.v. 10 personen. Dus wij hebben het verblijf in het huisje als heel royaal ervaren. Maar ook met 10 personen zouden wij het nog een heerlijk huis gevonden hebben.
Bij de receptie heb ik ook al aangegeven dat ik het welk heel fijn gevonden zou hebben als er op de slaapkamer een spiegel(tje) zou zijn. Bijv. tussen 2 planken.

A great park for a family outing, for example. The cottages are spacious and well-equipped, though the refrigerator was too small for us (10 people), as it could have been a bit bigger. It's conveniently close to the dunes and the sea. Just outside the park, there are plenty of play areas for children.

Huisjes zijn ruim en volledig, de koelkast was voor ons ( 10 personen) wel te klein die zou voor dit aantal best wat ruimer mogen zijn.
Wel lekker dicht bij de duinen en de zee. Net buiten het park bevinden zich veel speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen.
