This luxurious group accommodation for 16 persons is equipped with all the luxuries such as a private swimming pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen and a playing field and is located in Ouddorp, 500 meters from the beach. In Ouddorp you can do your daily shopping, but you can also visit one of the restaurants or terraces. Do you like to go to a market? Then you do not have to walk far from the house. Every Tuesday there is a nice market at only two minutes walking distance. Rather go out? Within ten minutes cycling you are already on the beach. Here you can take a brisk walk along the beach, settle down at one of the beach pavilions or take a walk through the dunes.
Layout
On the ground floor is the living area with large sofas, flat screen television, cosy fireplace and a dining area. The open-plan white kitchen includes an induction hob, quooker, oven and separate steam oven, spacious fridge and freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, double washbasin, washing machine and dryer. There is also a separate toilet.
In the basement there are five bedrooms. Four bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. There is a bathroom with two showers and a double washbasin. In addition, there is a toilet room with two toilets and a double washbasin. There is also a separate playroom with a football table, flat screen with DVD player and a cupboard full of games. In the basement there is also a sauna.
In the attic there is a walk-through bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed.
Outside is the 10x4 swimming pool, sun beds and a spacious lounge set. The pool house has a dining area, outdoor kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, a Weber gas barbecue and heaters. On the side is a shower and a separate toilet.
There is also a trampoline, football pitch with artificial grass and parking for three or four cars.

Particularities
- The swimming pool is open from Easter until the autumn holidays. Please note that the swimming pool is not fenced. The water can be covered automatically with a deck of solar panels. These heat the pool, but you can not walk on it. The side does not close completely, so that there is a danger of falling in.

Ouddorp is a seaside resort with a lively village centre with cosy shops, restaurants and terraces and an old harbour that also houses several eating and drinking establishments. The surrounding area, with its beautiful wide beaches, clean sand and beautiful natural areas, is perfect for taking long walks and lovely bike rides. Here there are several beach clubs and also many water sports opportunities: go kite surfing or windsurfing, for example. During your stay in Ouddorp, visit the Delta Works at Neeltje Jans, the lively city of Rotterdam, the Biesbosch or the Steam Train Museum on the Grevelingendam.
