7-person pet-friendly Hofvilla with Hot tub and barrel sauna on a vacation park
This luxurious seven-person Hofvilla is located on a small, low-traffic villa park in the tranquil Zeeuws-Vlaanderen region, directly on the Western Scheldt. The stylishly furnished house offers ample comfort for a relaxing stay. The inviting living room features a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is conveniently connected to this area. The villa boasts several comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing added convenience during your stay.
Outside, it's all about relaxation. On the terrace and in the garden, you can enjoy a private wellness area with a hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower. Private parking is available at the house.
The location makes this Hofvilla particularly appealing. You'll be staying right on the Western Scheldt, ideal for waterside walks. Nearby, you'll find the historic fortified town of Hulst, the unique natural beauty of Het Verdronken Land van Saeftinghe, and local farms. The vibrant cities of Ghent, Bruges, and Antwerp are also within easy reach. A wonderful base for combining tranquility, nature, and culture.

- The park is situated in a beautiful rural area, where tranquility prevails and internet access is unfortunately somewhat limited. Wi-Fi is available, but please be aware of limited availability.

It was a beautiful, spacious house with a large, enclosed garden. Ideal for letting a 1.5-year-old toddler and a dog move around freely. The sauna and hot tub were very nice, as the weather was a bit uncooperative. The park itself was pleasantly quiet and beautifully situated on the Scheldt. Because it was a quiet, private road, it was great for cycling and walking. It was also very nice that the beds were already made upon arrival and that towels, a bathrobe, and slippers were provided for everyone. The box of coffee capsules was also very pleasant after the long journey. The direct and reasonably fast communication via the app was definitely a plus, as were the extensive tips in the app.
Het was een mooi ruim huis met een grote, omsloten tuin. Ideaal om een peuter van 1,5 en een hond in alle vrijheid te laten bewegen. De sauna en Hottub waren heel fijn, omdat het weer wat tegenzat.
Het park zelf was lekker rustig en mooi gelegen aan de Schelde. Doordat het een rustige, eigen weg was kon je er goed fietsen en wandelen.
Heel fijn was ook dat de bedden al opgemaakt waren bij aankomst en dat er handdoeken, een badjas en slippers voor eenieder aanwezig waren.
Ook het doosje koffiecups was erg prettig na de lange reis.
De rechtstreekse en redelijk snelle communicatie via de app was beslist een pluspunt. Net als de uitgebreide tips in de app.

Everything is lovely, but mosquito and sun protection on the windows would be beneficial. The patio door doesn't close properly. We had major problems with it; the top of the door sticks out. Also, the extractor fans in the bathrooms and toilets don't work. It should be mentioned that horses and donkeys live next door. This is problematic for anyone with allergies.
Alles schön, nur wäre ein Mücken -und Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern von Vorteil. Die Terrassentür schließt nicht richtig. Hatten große Probleme. Die Tür steht oben raus.
Und auch die Abzüge in den Bädern sowie WC‘s funktionieren nicht. Es sollte erwähnt werden, dass Pferde und Esel neben an wohnen. Es ist problematisch wenn jemand allergisch ist.
