On the first floor is the living room with open kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The spacious living room includes a television, DVD player, radio and central heating. In the open kitchen you will find a coffee maker, fridge / freezer, microwave, four-burner stove and kettle, among other things. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom on the first floor has two single box-spring beds. On the second floor there is another bedroom. This is a sleeping loft. Here are four single box spring beds. All beds have a single comforter.

Outside you have a furnished veranda and private parking. The shared garden is partially fenced.
