There's plenty to do in the surrounding area: explore Medemblik's historic harbor and charming streets, visit the steam engine museum, or take a ride on the steam train to Enkhuizen. Water sports enthusiasts will have a blast on the IJsselmeer, while cyclists enjoy the peace and quiet of the West Frisian Circular Dike – the perfect blend of relaxation, nature, and traditional Dutch charm.

Stroll past historic farmhouses and expansive fields where the famous Opperdoezer Ronde potato is grown.
