On the ground floor is a cozy L-shaped living room with open kitchen, equipped with all amenities such as dishwasher, four-burner stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso. Downstairs is a bedroom with two box spring beds, a sink and a shower. The toilet is right in front of the bedroom in the corridor. The second bedroom, also with two box spring beds, on the floor is equipped with a seat. The third bedroom has a child's bed. There is also a spacious bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower with sun shower and bath. There is 1 parking space available in the car park at the beginning of the park.
