The virtual key handover was a disaster. We stood in front of the house for three hours because the key was not available!!!

The "problem" (in quotation marks) was the shower: no hooks for towels or clothes, no partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. After showering, the entire bathroom was flooded. Not a huge problem, but quite annoying. And the missing hooks were very irritating.
