4-person holiday home located between the beach and the center
The holiday home (40 m²) for four people is located between the beach (1.5 km) and the town center (1 km) of Oostkapelle. Oostkapelle is a charming seaside resort with several restaurants, beach pavilions, and shops. Oostkapelle's beautiful sandy beach has been voted the cleanest beach in the Netherlands several times. In Oostkapelle and the surrounding area, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the Manteling and Oranjezon nature reserves. Cycle along the coast to Domburg or Vrouwenpolder and relax on one of the charming terraces. In less favorable weather, Middelburg and Goes offer a great day out. There are many fun, small-scale attractions nearby for children.
The holiday home is located on the owner 's property and features a living room with an open-plan kitchen. From the living room, you have access to the garden at the rear of the house. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The living room has air conditioning, which you can use on warmer days or to heat it when it feels a bit chilly. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
In the garden there is a garden set and a parasol.
You can park your car in the driveway.

Everything you need can be found in the village: restaurants, supermarkets, bicycle rental, weekly summer markets and various stores. What makes Oostkapelle so beautiful is that it has a direct connection to the beach and the surrounding nature (Oranjezon and De Manteling) where you can enjoy cycling or walking. Various events are organized throughout the year in Oostkapelle and there are also many opportunities for days out: visit Kasteel Westhove or Deltapark Neeltje Jans, for example.

The house is well-furnished. The shower/toilet is very small. The beds are comfortable. The owner is very friendly. The football pitch behind the house is used on Saturdays and Sundays.
Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Die Dusche /WC ist sehr klein. Betten sind gut. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich. Samstags u. sonntags wird der Fußballplatz hinter dem Haus bespielt.

the landlady is very friendly, the equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired;
It is also very nice that there are many German TV channels;
The only small disadvantage: the bedrooms are very small;
nevertheless: we would love to come back! ein sehr gemütliches Haus, gut eingerichtet und ruhig und schön gelegen;
die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen;
sehr schön ist auch, dass es viele deutsche Fernsehsende gibt;
einziger kleiner Nachteil: die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein;

We've stayed at this accommodation several times. The location is very good, with a large garden. The owner is nice. We didn't like the cleanliness. It wasn't dirty, but they didn't clean it thoroughly. The new heating (split air conditioning) is great. :-)
Wir waren schon mehrfach in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ein großer Garten. Nette Besitzerin. Die Sauberkeit hat uns nicht gefallen. Es war nicht dreckig, aber es wurde keine gründliche Reinigung durchgeführt. Die neue Heizung (Splitklimaanlage) ist toll. :-)
