3-person holiday home located between the beach and the center
The holiday home (40 m²) for three people is located between the beach (1.5 km) and the town center (1 km) of Oostkapelle. Oostkapelle is a charming seaside resort with several restaurants, beach pavilions, and shops. Oostkapelle's beautiful sandy beach has been voted the cleanest beach in the Netherlands several times. In Oostkapelle and the surrounding area, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the Manteling and Oranjezon nature reserves. Cycle along the coast to Domburg or Vrouwenpolder and relax on one of the charming terraces. In less favorable weather, Middelburg and Goes offer a great day out. There are many fun, small-scale attractions nearby for children.
The holiday home is located on the owner 's property and features a living room with an open-plan kitchen. From the living room, you have access to the garden at the rear of the house. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kettle. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The living room has air conditioning, which you can use on warmer days or to heat it when it feels a bit chilly. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
In the garden there is a garden set and a parasol.
You can park your car in the driveway.

The house had a musty smell, as if it hadn't been used in a long time. The mattresses and wooden wardrobes smelled particularly musty. The very narrow bathroom had no rug or bath mat. The living room was also very cold on the feet. The so-called terrace is not attractive, with tall conifers and a fence; it was unwelcoming.
Im Haus war ein muffiger Geruch als wäre es schon lange nicht benutzt worden. Besonders muffig haben die Matratzen und die Holzkleiderschränke gerochen. Im sehr schmalen Bad gab es keinerlei Läufer bzw. Badteppich.
Im Wohnraum war es auch sehr fusskalt. Die sog. Terrasse ist nicht schön, hohe Koniferen und Zaun, ungemütlich

We found it to be very pleasant; it is not very big, but it is very cozy. We just didn't like the pillows.
Wij hebben als heel fijn ervaren ,het is niet erg groot maar wel heel knus.

The house is well-furnished. The shower/toilet is very small. The beds are comfortable. The owner is very friendly. The football pitch behind the house is used on Saturdays and Sundays.
Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Die Dusche /WC ist sehr klein. Betten sind gut. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich. Samstags u. sonntags wird der Fußballplatz hinter dem Haus bespielt.
