Chalet for 6 people on a holiday park in the middle of the forest in the Ardennes
Enjoy a relaxing and active holiday in this detached chalet, suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old). Situated in the green heart of the Village de Vacances Oignies holiday park, amidst 12 hectares of forest, this is the perfect spot for nature lovers and families with children. Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, horseback riding, or canoeing, there's plenty to do in the area. There are also charming local markets to visit. A guided tour of Chimay Castle is highly recommended. For an underground adventure, the Neptune Caves are a must-see for all ages! Children can have endless fun with games in the forest or a game of table tennis in the park. The chalet is accessible via a small step and offers a cozy sitting area with a wood-burning stove and television, perfect for cozy evenings. The dining area is ideal for long evenings of socializing or playing games. Outside, a spacious terrace awaits, where you can enjoy a summer meal or a quiet morning coffee in the tranquility of nature.

Great location in a very quiet park. The cottages are basic, the dining chairs a bit less comfortable, but otherwise cozy with a pellet stove, two comfortable armchairs, and a sofa. Everything was there, no luxury, but we had a wonderful week. Friendly ladies at the reception! Recommended for a fireworks-free New Year's Eve if you have a dog like us.
Prima plek op een zeer rustig park. Huisjes zijn basic ingericht, eetkamerstoelen wat minder comfortabel maar verder gezellig met een pelletkachel, twee fijne fauteuils en zitbank. Alles was er, geen luxe maar wij hebben een fijne week gehad. Aardige dames op de receptie! Aanrader voor vuurwerk vrij Oudjaar als je een hond hebt zoals wij.
