Oberhambach, Rhineland-Palatinate
At the bottom of Rhineland-Palatinate you will find Oberhambach, a beautiful green village. Half an hour's drive away is the Erbeskopf, which at 816 metres is the highest mountain in the state. Whiz down the toboggan run or strap on your skis in winter for a beautiful skiing or cross-country skiing trip. Grab a bike and follow the most beautiful routes and stop at one of the beautiful viewpoints to enjoy breathtaking views. Prefer a day of culture? Then Trier and Idar-Oberstein are recommended. Here you will learn about German history and visit castles, restaurants, museums and shops. The Moselle region and Luxembourg are also worth a visit: a completely different day out but both insanely beautiful!
