Beautiful 15 person holiday home with a wonderful view over the Ardennes
This beautiful 15-person holiday home can accommodate up to 10 adults and 5 children. The house has a wonderful view of the Ardennes, is located near Durbuy near the Ardennes town of Noiseux, in the province of Namur. Durbuy is located in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded area around Durbuy is perfect for hiking, horse riding or cycling. Nearby, you can enjoy motorcycling and kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Ground floor:
Cosily furnished living room with sitting area with TV and wood-burning stove. The beautifully equipped open kitchen includes a dishwasher, freezer, fridge, combi microwave, oven, four-burner cooker, Senseo and filter coffee maker. One bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, one bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.
On the floor:
Two bedrooms with a double bed, shower and sink, one bedroom with a double bed and a triple bunk bed. A bathroom with bath and toilet and a separate toilet on the landing.
The entire ground floor is furnished as a recreation room with poker table, billiards, table tennis, table football and a playroom for the little ones.
In the garden you have a nice terrace with garden furniture and for the children a swing and a slide.

Good to know
- This property will not be rented to groups or companies of people under the age of 30. The installation of loudspeakers and the playing of amplified music is not allowed in this house, nor the organisation of student parties/bachelor parties.
- Please note: this house is suitable for a maximum of 10 adults and 5 children.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.
- Please note that the toilet and bathroom door(s) cannot be locked.
- Sportverenigingen, studentenverenigingen, jongerengroepen (tot 25 jaar) en basisschoolgroepen zijn niet toegestaan.

Noiseux is located in a natural and peaceful area, not far from other picturesque towns. For example, visit Biron, Hotton or Durbuy, the smallest town in Europe. Besides walking around and enjoying the shops and terraces, there is more to do in the Noiseux area. The castle of La Roche en Ardenne is definitely worth a visit and the stalactite caves and castles in the area are real gems. Also visit Fantôme brewery and learn all about the art of brewing beer. For sports enthusiasts, there are also plenty of activities: explore the area by bike or take beautiful walks. The region is also perfect for horse riding, mountain biking, climbing or survival tours.

It's a lovely house with excellent facilities. We had a lot of fun playing the pool table, table tennis, and foosball. I'm not sure what exactly is meant by hospitality, but the house looked tidy and clean when we arrived, and that's how we left it.
Het is een heerlijk huis met fijne faciliteiten. We hebben veel plezier gehad van de pooltafel, het tafeltennissen en tafelvoetbal, ik weet niet precies wat met gastvrijheid bedoeld wordt, maar het huis zag er opgeruimd en schoon uit toen we kwamen en zo hebben we het ook achtergelaten.

We (14 people) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, large house, where everyone had their own bathroom and everything was perfectly equipped, including crockery and cutlery. The interior was cozy, with a large living room sofa, mood lighting, and a wood-burning stove. The children also had a wonderful time in the playroom downstairs.
Wij hebben (14 personen) ontzettend genoten van dit prachtige grote huis waar iedereen een eigen badkamer had en het aan niets ontbrak qua interieur, servies en bestek. De inrichting was gezellig met een grote living bank, sfeerverlichting en houtkachel. Ook de kinderen hebben zich heerlijk vermaakt in de speelruimte op de benedenverdieping.
