This luxurious 10-person holiday home with a wonderful spacious garden and a wellness area (six-person wirlpool and sauna) is located in the village of Noiseux in the province of Namur. The holiday home is located in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded surroundings around Noiseux are perfect for hiking, horse riding or cycling. In the surroundings, you can enjoy motorcycling and kayaking or fishing in a nearby river. 

Layout

Ground floor:
Entrance, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Storage room with washing machine and a tumble dryer. Outside, access to the sauna and a shower room. You will also find a lovely six-person whirlpool and a toilet.

First floor:
Large rustic living room with dining area and new sitting area with fireplace, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric cooker, microwave, freezer, fridge and coffee machine. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds and two bedrooms with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Outside:
Large terrace with awning, large garden with barbecue and table tennis table. There is a table football in the garage. Near the house is a nice communal playground.
