This former school, converted into a luxurious 30-person group accommodation, is located near the village of Deulin, in the quiet village of Noiseux, in the province of Namur in Belgium. The holiday home is in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody area around Deulin is perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling. In the vicinity you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

Ground floor:
Large living room with among other things a fireplace, a cosy wood stove, television, DVD and a home cinema. Fully equipped kitchen with, among others: eight cooking plates, two dishwashers, a microwave, an american refrigerator and a coffee machine. A dining room that has retained its original character with: a bar with refrigerator, fireplace (can also be used as a grill) and relaxation area with billiards, table football and darts.

First floor:
Four bedrooms with a double bed. Two bathrooms with shower and a toilet.

Mezzanine floor:
Two bedrooms with a double bed, and two bedrooms with three single beds. One bathroom with bath and a toilet.

Second floor:
A dormitory with two regular bunk beds, two triple bunk beds, and two single beds. Three separate showers, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet. Furthermore, here you will find a wellness area with a wonderful sauna and bubble bath. The bubble bath will be replaced by a hammam from 7 February 2022.

Outside:
Terrace with barbecue, garden with play equipment and magnificent view over the Ourthe valley.
