This cottage for 6 persons is located in the Ardennes village of Noiseux.
This six-person holiday home is located in the Ardennes village of Noiseux, a village on the River Ourthe in the province of Namur in Belgium. The holiday home is situated in a natural and peaceful setting and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded surroundings of Noiseux are perfect for walking, horseback riding, or cycling. In the area, you can enjoy motorcycling and excellent kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
The holiday home features a comfortably furnished living room with a television and DVD player, and offers free Wi-Fi. It has an open kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, each with two box-spring beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet. Outside, you have a view of a large and beautifully landscaped garden. For the little ones, there is a fun communal playground just outside the garden.

Noiseux, Namur
Noiseux is located in a natural and peaceful area, not far from other picturesque towns. For example, visit Biron, Hotton or Durbuy, the smallest town in Europe. Besides walking around and enjoying the shops and terraces, there is more to do in the Noiseux area. The castle of La Roche en Ardenne is definitely worth a visit and the stalactite caves and castles in the area are real gems. Also visit Fantôme brewery and learn all about the art of brewing beer. For sports enthusiasts, there are also plenty of activities: explore the area by bike or take beautiful walks. The region is also perfect for horse riding, mountain biking, climbing or survival tours.

A toilet in the bathroom without an extra toilet for 6 people is substandard. The same goes for the crockery, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies. A shower where you have to hold the showerhead yourself? And without a splash guard, so everything gets soaking wet. Creaking beds. All doors have glass, so you can't permanently darken anything. Experienced noise disturbance.
Een wc in de badkamer zonder extra wc voor 6 personen is onder de maat. Zo ook het servies en keukengereedschap en schoonmaakmiddelen. Een douche waarvan je de douchekop zelf moet vasthouden? En zonder spatscherm zodat alles zeiknat wordt.
Krakende bedden. Alle deuren met glas zodat je niets permanent kan verduisteren. Lawaaioverlast gehad.

Not very clean. A lot of accumulated dust and dirt in the corners. Constant smell of mouse droppings. The crockery was incomplete. The coffee maker took 45 minutes to brew coffee. One radiator kept heating even though the thermostatic valve was closed. No shower curtain or shower rail. The interior is dated and not very comfortable.
Niet heel schoon. In de hoeken veel opgehoopt stof en vuil. Constante geur van uitwerpselen van muizen. Servies was incompleet. koffiezetapparaat had 45 minuten nodig om koffie te zetten. 1 radiateur bleef verwarmen ondanks dat de thermostatische kraan dicht stond. Geen douchegordijn of glijstang.Interieur gedateerd en niet heel comfortabel.

Unfortunately, the above findings were not reported on site. Regarding waste: guests are required to return PMD, glass, and cardboard to the reception. This is also explained upon arrival.
Helaas is er ter plaatse geen melding gemaakt van bovenstaande bevindingen.
Wat betreft het afval: gasten dienen PMD, glas en karton terug naar de receptie te brengen.
Dit wordt ook uitgelegd bij aankomst.

The cottage was in a very nice location. It was a bit dated, though. The cleaning was mediocre. The mattresses were comfortable but full of stains.
Het huisje lag op een erg mooi punt.
Het was wel gedateerd. De schoonmaak was matig. De matrassen lagen prima maar zaten vol vlekken.
