This cozy group accommodation has a large group room where you can have a pleasant meal together. Adjacent to the group room you will find a bar with a sound system, two filter coffee makers and a kettle. Above the group room is an open loft with the game room. Behind the bar is a lounge that can be closed with soundproof sliding doors.

Food can be prepared in a luxurious and professional kitchen equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, six-burner gas stove, a fridge-freezer, large oven, microwave and, of course, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. On the second floor there is an additional seating area with several sofas and chairs.

The accommodation has 10 bedrooms with the following layout:

* Bedroom 10 is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The bunk beds are all bedsteads and therefore offer a lot of privacy. On the first floor you will find two bathrooms (one for men and one for women) with both four showers and three toilets. You will also find two separate toilets in the group room on the ground floor.

Outside the accommodation you are guaranteed to enjoy the beautiful view with a lovely outdoor terrace with picnic tables. There are also fenced fireplaces with benches and a large playing field where there is plenty of room to organize activities. This accommodation is located directly on the Frisian lakes (Oudegaaster Brekken) with its own harbor where 10 open sailing boats, 30 stand up padle boards, 30 canoes and several sloops are rented.
