At the park itself, you can enjoy various facilities, including a restaurant and a mini golf course. Since the park is close to the beach, it's perfect for long walks and pleasant days at the beach. Across the border, but nearby, are the Belgian cities of Bruges, Ghent, and Knokke, known for their historic centers, museums, charming shopping streets, and terraces.

Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.
