The detached holiday home has three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom. French doors in the living room open directly onto the garden with a covered terrace overlooking the water.
The holiday home is close to the beach, where you can take long walks and enjoy the fresh sea air. For active holidaymakers, there are various water sports available at the seaside. You can go stand-up paddleboarding, kiteboarding, and wave karting with an instructor, offering adventure for both beginners and experienced skiers. There are also several museums in the area showcasing art, culture, and local history.

Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.
