Child-friendly villa for 10 people on a holiday park near the Zeeland coast
This child-friendly ten-person house in the charming Kidskwartier area of a holiday park near Nieuwvliet-Bad offers ample space for families and multiple families. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an open-plan play area in the living room, children can play safely, while the enclosed garden borders the communal playground. The modern kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances, including a Bora cooktop, combination oven, and wine cooler. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with comfortable furniture, and on the ground floor, there's a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for grandparents or people with disabilities.
The park features swimming pools, restaurants, and an entertainment team. Just outside the park are the North Sea beach and the Zwin nature reserve, offering beautiful hiking and cycling routes through dunes, polders, and picturesque Zeeland villages. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for active days or relaxing moments surrounded by nature.

Location and surroundings
Nieuwvliet, Zeeland
Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.

Not at all satisfied with the chosen cottage. There was supposed to be a fenced garden so that the children and dogs couldn't run off. There was indeed one, but we had to share the garden with 20 other houses that had also chosen a child-friendly cottage. Fortunately, we were able to arrange another house with the reception ourselves.
Totaal niet tevreden met het gekozen huisje. Er zou een omheinde tuin aanwezig zijn, zodat de kinderen en de honden niet weg konden. Deze was er wel, maar we moesten de tuin wel delen met 20 andere huizen, die ook gekozen hadden voor een kindvriendelijk huisje. We hebben gelukkig zelf een ander huis kunnen regelen met de receptie.
