As for its location, the accommodation is a short distance from the beautiful North Sea beach. You can easily walk or cycle to the beach to enjoy sunny days, relaxing walks along the coastline or refreshing dives in the sea.

Near Nieuwvliet, you will also find plenty of other attractions and activities. Explore the nearby nature reserves on foot or by bike, visit picturesque villages in the area, or make trips to historical sights and attractions in the region. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, an active outdoor adventure or a mix of both, the holiday home offers the ideal base for an unforgettable stay on the Dutch coast.

On the ground floor is the living room with two sitting areas. One sitting area is furnished with a corner sofa and television. The other corner has a wood-burning stove and sofa with chairs. There is also a dining area with dining table and chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, extractor hood and 4-burner cooker. The first bedroom and bathroom are also on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) overlooking the garden and can be accessed through the sliding doors in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, walk-in shower with rain shower, storage space and a toilet. There is also a radiator for drying towels.

On the first floor are the other two bedrooms. Of which one bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) and the other has two single beds. One bed is 80x200cm and the other is 90x200cm. The bathroom has a bathtub, double sink and a toilet.

Outside there is a large garden and from the living room you can walk onto the terrace through the sliding doors. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and from here you have a beautiful view of the garden. The other terrace has lounge chairs and a parasol. Further into the garden are two sun loungers and lounge chairs. The garden is fully enclosed.

The house has another laundry room with washing machine and dryer which you can use during your stay. There is also a high chair and camping bed (60x120cm) available should you stay in the holiday home with a baby. You can park your bicycle under the carport and two cars can be parked next to the holiday home. Other cars can park further down the street.
