Luxurious six-person holiday home with a sauna in a holiday park near Nieuwvliet-Bad. The North Sea beach is just 1,200 meters away and invites you to sunbathe, swim, and enjoy long walks. The area also offers beautiful cycling and hiking trails through dunes, forests, and along creeks. Nature lovers will discover unique flora and fauna here, and even fossils and shark teeth.
A modernly furnished holiday home by the creek, ideal for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a wine cooler. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace with stunning views over the rippling water, perfect for breakfast or a glass of wine on a summer evening. On the first floor, one of the bathrooms offers a private sauna, a true oasis of tranquility. Peace, nature, and comfort come together here.

Nieuwvliet, Zeeland
Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.

A very nice house, very spacious and with enough room for six people. The furnishings are very good, but unfortunately, there are no closets. The bedrooms only have open shelves – and they're very small, too. It's going to be a tight squeeze for a week. There's no storage space for food in the kitchen.
Sehr schönes Haus, das sehr großzügig ist und genügend Platz für 6 Personen bietet.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlt aber leider an Schränken.
In den Schlafzimmer gibt es nur offene Regale - diese sind zudem noch sehr klein. Für eine Woche wird es richtig eng. In der Küche gibt es keine Staumöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel.

Hello, we visited the park for the first time and think the concept and facilities are very nice! We discussed two issues with the park manager: 1. There's a lot of debris in the lake and along the paths (please provide small trash cans). 2. The trash containers at the park entrance are often overflowing during peak season (please provide containers or have them emptied more frequently).
Hallo, wir waren zum 1. mal im Park und finden das Konzept + Anlage sehr schön! 2 Probleme haben wir mit dem Parkmanager besprochen: 1. Viel Dreck im See und an den Wegen (Bitte +kleine Abfalleimer aufstellen) 2. Die Abfallcontainer am Parkeingang sind in der Hauptsaison oft überfüllt (Bitte + Container oder häufigere Entleerung).
