Luxurious 6-person kids holiday home near Nieuwvliet-Bad in Zeeuws Vlaanderen
These six-person kids holiday homes are located in the cozy Kids Quarter at Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. This part of the resort is especially aimed at families with young children. Part of the Kids' Homes has a garden adjacent to the enclosed playground. Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is an ideal base for lovers of the beach and nature. At only 1,200 meters you will find the North Sea beach, one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands and also with the most hours of sunshine. Close by there is also a beautiful nature park with special flora and fauna, but you can also find ancient fossils and shark teeth here. During your stay at Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, you will not lack anything thanks to the many facilities. The resort has, among other things, a modern restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, a mini market with bread service, playgrounds, a playroom and the Mio Kids Club. There is even a fenced dog playing field where your dog can play with other dogs and discover various play elements. A beautiful holiday destination for all ages!
Layout
The modern living room with an open play area in the living room, with playhouse and play mat with a dining area and a spacious sitting area with a smart TV that offers the possibility to stream. The luxury kitchen has a cooking island, Bora hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, combination microwave, kettle, toaster and a wine fridge. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds each, one of which has a smart TV with streaming option. The third bedroom is specially designed for children and has two box beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. All three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink. There is also a bathroom on the first floor with a bath, shower, sink and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
Through the patio doors you enter the enclosed garden with a covered terrace. From your garden you have access to the communal playground in the Kids Quarter or to your private playground. Both the communal playground and the private playground are fenced. This way you can let your (grand)children play with peace of mind.
There are two private parking spaces available right next to the house. There is also a charging station for your electric car.

- The service costs are for cleaning, bed linen, hand linen, bath linen and beds made on arrival.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit on site.
- The outdoor pool is usually open from May/June to September, depending on the weather.

Location and surroundings
Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.
