6-person holiday home near Nieuwvliet-Bad in Zeeuws Vlaanderen
This six-person holiday home is located at Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is an ideal base for lovers of the beach and nature. At only 1,200 meters you will find the North Sea beach, one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands and also with the most hours of sunshine. Close by there is also a beautiful nature park with special flora and fauna, but you can also find ancient fossils and shark teeth here. During your stay at Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, you will not lack anything thanks to the many facilities. The resort has, among other things, a modern restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, a mini market with bread service, playgrounds, a playroom and the Mio Kids Club. There is even a fenced dog playing field where your dog can play with other dogs and discover various play elements. A beautiful holiday destination for all ages!
Layout
The modern living room with a dining area and a spacious sitting area with a smart TV that offers the possibility to stream. The luxury kitchen has a cooking island, Bora hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, combination microwave, kettle, toaster and a wine fridge. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
Through the patio doors you reach the covered terrace with patio furniture. The garden is located directly on the creek, giving you a beautiful view of the water.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, one of which has a smart TV with streaming option. All three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink, one of which also has a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.
There is a privat parking space available right next to the house. There is also a charging station for your electric car.

Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.

Wir waren mit 3 Generationen und Hund dort. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir hatten genug Platz! Die Terrasse,die Fenster und der allgemeine Außenbereich waren nicht sehr gepflegt. Das hat die wunderbare Aussicht auf den See getrübt. Die Betten waren super! Im WC fehlten Gästehandtücher. Die sollte man mitnehmen. Das Schwimmbad war genial.

Het huis was naar onze verwachting, enkele tips: rekjes in de badkamer om toiletzakjes op te plaatsen, ook rekje in de douche voor douchezeep zou handig zijn. Er was niet in elke badkamer een vuilbakje, ook dat zou handig zijn. De keuken was wel heel oké. Het winkeltje is ontoereikend, om 10u al geen keuze meer in gewoon brood, geen verse groenten
