Comfortable 2 person holiday apartment near Winterberg
This beautiful double apartment is located close to the village center of Niedersfeld and the Hillebachsee. The town of Niedersfeld has many opportunities for hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing and swimming, boating or water skiing on the Hillebachsee. Restaurants and shops are limited in the village, but in abundance in Winterberg, seven kilometers away. Niedersfeld has a small ski area with a restoration, but you can also take a free bus ride to the Skiliftkarussell in Winterberg.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a large living room with a dining area and a high chair, sitting area with a Smart TV. From the living room you walk onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso, toaster and kettle. The bedroom has a double bed, cot and wardrobe. In the bathroom you have access to a toilet, sink and shower. There is a parking space for one car.

- In the service pack you will find a dishcloth, two dishwasher tablets, a washing-up brush, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge and one rubbish bag. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided in the accommodation.

Between Winterberg and Olsberg you will find Niedersfeld, a town in the High Sauerland. Located in the northern part of the Rothaar Mountains, this area offers amazing views, many possible walking and cycling routes and beautiful lakes (Biggesee, Diemelsee and Hennesee). The beautiful villages, as well as the varied landscape, exert a great attraction on holidaymakers and those seeking tranquility. The Sauerland is also perfect for trips for the whole family: Fort Fun amusement park, Panorama Erlebnis Brücke and the many bobsleigh tracks are recommended, but Winterberg is also top for winter sports enthusiasts. With no less than 126 lifts and 88 kilometers of slopes, it is a true mecca here!

The flat was very nice. We felt very comfortable. Hiking trails and sights in the neighbourhood were easy to reach.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wanderwege und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung waren gut zu erreichen.

* also the location to the village very good, especially the way over the stairs to the bakery
* The flat had everything you need for a good holiday.
* 4 tiny little things that were not quite so optimal, the existing hoover, had no spare bag and the bag that was used, was picke packe full. Of course we vacuumed in between. A dishwasher is actually standard. But we didn't mind washing the dishes ourselves again. The small internal roller blind on the front window in the living room is defective. But it didn't bother us either as we could use the outside blind. The Congstar router worked great until the day before we left. Perhaps the data volume limit had been reached as this router is operated via a SIM card.
All in all and in comparison with many other places and flats and holiday homes throughout Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands, we still give it a score of 9.8, i.e. 10 * alleine Die Aussicht vom Balkon war super

* 4 klitze kleine Kleinigkeiten die nicht ganz so optimal waren, der vorhandene Staubsauger, hatte keine Ersatzbeutel und der Beutel der eingesetzt war, war picke packe voll. Zwischendurch haben wir natürlich mal gesaugt. Eine Geschirrmaschine ist eigentlich Standard. Hat uns aber auch nicht gestört, mal wieder selbst das Geschirr zu waschen. Das kleine Innenrollo am Fenster im Wohnzimmer zur Stirnseite ist defekt. Hat uns aber auch nicht gestört da wir das Außenrollo nutzen konnten. Der Congstar Router hat bis einem Tag vor Abreise super funktioniert. Am letzten Tag nicht mehr richtig, Vielleicht war das Datenvolumen-Limit erreicht, da dieser Router über eine SIM-Card betrieben wird.
Alles in allem und zum Vergleich mit vielen anderen Orten und Wohnungen und Ferienhäusern in ganz Deutschland, Dänermark, den Niederlanden geben wir trotzdem die Note 9,8 also 10
