This lovely six-person holiday home with sauna is close to the village centre of Niedersfeld and the Hillebachsee. The town of Niedersfeld has many opportunities for hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing and swimming, boating or water-skiing on the Hillebachsee. Restaurants and shops are limited in the village, but plentiful in Winterberg, seven kilometres away. Niedersfeld has a small ski area with a restaurant, but you can also take a free bus to the Skiliftkarussell in Winterberg.

Cosily furnished living room with smart TV. From the living room you can step out onto the terrace. There is a spacious kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, four-burner cooker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a washing machine, dryer shower, sauna toilet and sink.

In the spacious garden there is a trampoline, sandpit, hammock and a terrace with garden furniture. There is also a (ski) storage room and bike shed. There is parking for two cars on site.
