Business class! This beautiful 43-person group accommodation with sauna, hot tub and a lounge area with attractive fireplace is located in the village of Neer in the middle of Limburg. The accommodation, consisting of six luxury apartments, is stylishly furnished and has no fewer than 24 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms for optimal privacy combined with lots of fun in the large group room! Both inside and outside it is a feast for the eyes. The accommodation is very generously furnished with a professional kitchen and a large playing field with equipment outside the house. The holiday home is located near Venlo and Roermond. There is really plenty to do in the vicinity!
Layout
The group accommodation consists of six luxurious seven-person apartments and a large group room. All apartments have their own entrance. All bedrooms have single box-spring beds. In the double bedrooms on the ground floor, two beds are pushed together and on the first floor the beds are separate. Five of the six apartments have the same layout. The sixth apartment is furnished slightly differently and is extra spacious.
Standard apartments (five):
From the hall you enter the living room with a comfortable sitting and dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner stove, a refrigerator, dishwasher, Bravilor filter coffee maker and a microwave with grill. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and two bedrooms with two single beds. One bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet and the other bedroom has a shower and a toilet separated by a wall. On the upper floor you will find a double bedroom and a bedroom for one person. There is also a shared bathroom here with a shower and a toilet.
Large apartment and group room:
The large apartment with two comfortable sitting areas and a dining area is located on the far right side of the building. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner stove, a refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave with grill. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom for two people and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The top floor has three double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
This apartment is connected by two French doors to a cozy group room with a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Behind the group room is a large kitchen with a freezer, large combi steamer, large refrigerator and super fast professional dishwasher.

Particularities
- Each apartment consists of its own sitting area, dining room, kitchen and terrace, guaranteeing that every household can keep a distance. This also makes it possible to enjoy a stay with a smaller group, at a promotional price.
- In the months of May to October you can use the swimming pool free of charge, if you also wish to use the whirlpool you can book this for an extra charge of €100,-. Please mention when booking if you want to use the swimming pool as well as the whirlpool. In the months of October to May the whirlpool is included, but you cannot use the swimming pool. Please also indicate in advance if you wish to make use of this.

Location and surroundings
The attractive village of Neer is surrounded by nature, with the Leudal nature reserve in the immediate vicinity. The cosy cities of Roermond and Venlo are within easy reach, where you can go shopping, enjoy a delicious meal or visit museums. For various water sports, fishing or a refreshing dip, Neer is also the place to be. You can go fishing or sailing on the Meuse river or swim in one of the recreational lakes along the river. The Limburg countryside is also great to discover by bike or on foot. Think of the Route des Asperges in spring or visiting the many castles, country houses, mills, nature reserves, De Heldense Bossen and National Park de Groote Peel. All highly recommended!
