Cozy 4 person holiday home near Hotton in the Ardennes
This four-person private holiday home is ideally located on the edge of the village of Monville. From the holiday home you have a direct connection to the cycling and walking network, Famenne and Vélo. The cozy Durbuy (10km) and Hotton (2.5km) are easily accessible in the area. Visit the caves of Hotton or the small Ardennes town of Durbuy. Beautiful surroundings for those seeking tranquility, but certainly also for an active holiday, this is the place to be.
Layout
Cozy living room with a dining area and a sitting area with TV. Open kitchen with, among other things, an oven, four-burner hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, refrigerator and a combination microwave. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A large sliding window gives access to the sun-oriented terrace and a small enclosed garden. On the first floor you have a spacious landing and one open bedroom with two single beds and a washbasin.

Location and surroundings
Monville is a small village in Belgium, in the province of Namur. The village is located in a wooded area. A visit to the Bois à Ban forest is therefore a must. Combine this, for example, with a walk along the paths that take you to Fays-Les-Veneurs, a picturesque village. Along the way, you will come across a stream, where you can enjoy the surroundings. Near Monville, you can visit several castles, or take a trip to Hotton. Here you will find the famous Caves of One Thousand and One Nights: the Hotton Caves. If you want to explore the area by water, you can rent kayaks.
