Group accommodation for 12 people near Monschau

You will find this beautiful holiday home in the large Ardennes-Eifel nature park, a few kilometers from the German-Belgian border. It is located in the stream valley of the Kleine Laufenbach near Monschau on the edges of the High Fens. You must have been to this beautiful area! The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 12 people. This luxurious holiday home also has its own sauna and you can use free WiFi.

Layout

There are two wood-burning stoves. The kitchen and living room (65m2) are on the top floor. You can sit with 12 people in the dining area. On this floor there is also a bedroom (20m2) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You will also find a beautiful large balcony located above the stream.

Most bedrooms are located on the middle floor. There are four spacious (20m) double bedrooms. On the same floor you will find two smaller single bedrooms. For the little ones you have a wooden crib, one camping bed, two high chairs and a baby bath. You must bring your own bed linen. On this floor there is a spacious bathroom with shower, double sink and one toilet and a separate urinal. The 30m "basement" consists of a recreation room with table football and games, among other things.

There is a separate sauna room with a simple sunbed. The holiday home is built against the slope. There are quite a few level differences in and around the building. You will find terraces and stairs at different heights. For this reason the house is unsuitable for wheelchair users and for people who have difficulty walking. The house is centrally heated (propane gas). There is also free WiFi!
