Cosy 5-person holiday home at Paezens-Moddergat by the Wadden Sea

From this cosy 5-person holiday home Het Zeeroosje, you walk 100 metres to the dike from where you have a beautiful view of the Wadden Sea. For walkers, there is a specially constructed walking pier in the sea. There are also endless cycling possibilities in the Paesens-Moddergat area. You can also go mudflat hiking here. For the children, there is a nice playground within walking distance.

Built at the end of the 19th century, this cosy old fisherman's house has retained some characteristic features such as the traditional red colour of the outer wall and the bed box after renovation.

In the cosy living room you will find a 4 to 5-person extendable dining table, television, a chromecast, a DVD player, a stocked bookcase. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a gas cooker, combi oven, fridge and Senseo coffee machine. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The house has space for one car. There is general parking nearby.
