Luxury holiday home for 8 people in a quiet residential area in Middelburg
This luxury holiday home for eight people is located in a quiet new housing estate a stone's throw from the cosy centre of Middelburg with its restaurants, shops and coffeeshops. Middelburg has many great attractions to see, such as the Zeeuws Museum or the Lange Jan abbey tower. In addition, the beach is close by, perfect for a day at sea. There are numerous cycling and walking routes in the area.
Layout
The spacious living room has a large corner sofa, a television and an atmospheric fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, wok burner, steam oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, wine cooler and a Nespresso. In the hall is the toilet.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with a double bed (180x200). The bathroom has a shower, whirlpool bath with light therapy and a double sink. There is a separate toilet.
The third bedroom with a double bed (180x200) is on the second floor as is a gym.
The garden has a large terrace and a covered terrace with a lounge set. There is parking space for two cars.

Location and surroundings
The capital of Zeeland, Middelburg, is rich in culture and history. The city breathes cosiness and you will find good restaurants and cozy cafes. Special is the abbey complex, an almost circular building in the center of the city with a central square in the middle, surrounded by tall trees. This is the seat of the provincial government, as well as the Zeeland Museum. Climb there the Lange Jan, one of three ninety-meter towers, for a great view of all of Walcheren. From Middelburg, the coast is also easily accessible. Visit one of the many nearby seaside resorts and swim, surf and sunbathe to your heart's content! Looking for a cultural outing?
