Modern 6-person vacation chalet on child-friendly farm campsite near Zoutelande
You can rent this luxury holiday chalet, new in 2023, for six people on a cosy and child-friendly farm campsite on Walcheren. The chalet is located in Meliskerke, which is close to Zoutelande, Veere and Domburg, among others, and from where you can also easily reach Vlissingen and Middelburg.
Come and enjoy your holiday on an authentic Zeeland farm. Cows are milked every day by a milking robot and calves are taken care of. There is also a recreation room and a children's playground. The children's playground includes swings, a playground equipment, a volleyball court, a slide and a playhouse. A wonderful place for children! A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available on site.
There are a number of camping pitches and about five chalets on the camping site, creating a very friendly atmosphere. This allows you to relax and enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the beautiful Walcheren countryside. The surroundings are very easy to discover by bike or on foot via the many marked routes. These routes take you through the meadows, fields and polders of Walcheren's garden.

Layout
This luxury chalet is newly installed in 2023 and furnished for six people. The living room features comfortable sofa with television and armchair. The kitchen has a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a Quooker, a four-burner gas hob, fridge-freezer and oven. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with bunk beds and one with two single beds, one of which can be folded up. Through the French doors, you enter the nice terrace with garden furniture and a large veranda. This allows you to sit outside even when the weather is less clement. All windows and doors have fly screens, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air undisturbed by unwanted insects.

Particularities
- In July and August, bookings can only be made by the week. From Friday to Friday.
- There are five accommodations of this type available. These chalets are located together in a semi-circle and can also be booked at the same time for a group.
- Due to the location (countryside) of this accommodation, the wifi may not work optimally.
- The washing machine costs €4,00 per wash and dryer €2,00 per wash. The machines work on coins of €1,00 and €2,00.
- If you need a cot and/or a chair, this is on request. This depends on whether a cot/chair is still available.

Location and surroundings
Meliskerke is within walking distance of the resort of Zoutelande and the famous Middelburg is also within cycling distance. Because of this ideal location, Meliskerke is a great place to enjoy a quiet vacation without getting bored. For example, Meliskerke is located at a crossroads of cycling and walking paths. From here you can explore the beautiful nature of Walcheren through well laid out and signposted trails. Besides swimming, hiking, cycling, surfing and kite flying, there are many other things to do in the area. For example, visit Museum Marie Tak van Poortvliet, Kasteel Westhove or Deltapark Neeltje Jans for fun outings. Places like Veere and Zoutelande are also well worth a visit.
